The French Society for Condensed Matter Nuclear Science is pleased to announce the 17th International Workshop on Anomalies in Hydrogen Loaded Metals.
Initial Announcement
We are pleased to announce that the next International Workshop of Anomalies in Hydrogen Loaded Metals, IWAHLM-17 will be held in Bergamo, Italy, March Tuesday 24, 2026 through Thursday March 26. The conference will be hosted in the premises of the Innovation District named Kilometro Rosso close to the city of Bergamo, 40 kms North-East of Milan. The IWAHLM-17 conference is organized by the French Society “Société Française de la Science Nucléaire dans la Matière Condensée” (SFSNMC). The SFSNMC is a member of the International Society of Condensed Matter Nuclear Science (ISCMNS), as well as the Japanese Society, called “Japan CF Society” (JCFS). The call for papers is now open.

We already announced in our First Announcement the next International Workshop of Anomalies in Hydrogen Loaded Metals, IWAHLM-17 in Bergamo, Italy, at Kilometro Rosso from March Tuesday 24, 2026 through Thursday March 26.
We are now pleased to provide you with all the information you need to attend IWAHLM-17 as well as the La Nuova Energia conference, which will take place on Monday, March 23rd.

Abstract Submissions
The conference program will consist of a number of oral presentations complemented by posters and an exhibition. Authors willing to contribute to the Conference should submit their abstracts not later than January 15th, 2026. Abstract submission must be completed by pre-registration of at least one author. Final acceptance will require paid registration.

Registrations for the Workshop
Registrations for the workshop are now open, and instructions are included below.
The registration process consists of two steps: providing your personal information and making payment. All participants must complete both steps, whether they are simply giving talks or attending the conference; otherwise, their registration is invalid.
The first step is to fill out a registration form using the form available here:
Be sure to scroll down the page once you have submitted your details. As a reminder the registration has a different cost if you are member of the ISCMNS, so please take this in account for the amount of your payment.

For people who are not members of the ISCMNS, SFSNMC, or JCFS, or for anyone registering after after February 15th, the fees are:

* Students at universities and colleges will participate at no charge if they present a paper or a poster, abstract to be received as soon as possible and not later than January 15th.
For onsite attendees, the registration fee includes: attendance at the scientific sessions, abstract published in the book of abstracts distributed to attendees on site, and also available in electronic form in the event website, lunches and coffee breaks, welcome reception, sightseeing tour and the conference dinner.
For online attendees, the registration fee includes: access to the scientific program, online access to all sessions with active participation (live oral presentations and Q&A options), abstract available in electronic form in the event website.
For accompanying persons, the registration fee includes: Welcome reception at Kilometro Rosso, sightseeing tour and the conference dinner.
On-Site Exhibition
Before the IWALHM17 Workshop, participants will have the opportunity to contribute to an Exhibition that is open to the public, the press and VIPs from the industry and the authorities. The Exhibition is for the purpose of demonstrating the viability of Clean and Alternative Energy sources. This Exhibition will be opened on Monday, March 23rd, through Wednesday, March 25th, 2025 at the same venue building. It is organized by Prometheus as a parallel event of La Nuova Energia and the IWAHLM17 workshop for a maximum of 10 exhibitors. Researchers and companies are encouraged to present their energy production devices and relevant research apparatuses.
There is no charge for the exhibition.
